Following a brief overview of key COVID-19 epi and legal updates, this intense session centers on the key emerging constitutional challenges to ongoing public health responses in real-time based on actual litigation, policymaker objections, advocacy positions, or other sources. After an initial 30 minute rapid fire presentation, questions and comments submitted in advance during registration will be addressed.  Presented by the Network for Public Health Law.
