The COVID-19 Funding Opportunities for Tribes is a quick reference of the current and previously available funding for Tribal governments, consortiums, or organizations to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Indian Country. With support from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), NIHB is offering up to $45,000 in sponsorship funds for Tribal health organizations to host up to three vaccination events in your community. These events must feature COVID-19 vaccinations; however other vaccines may also be offered and promoted.
Funding can cover non-clinical costs associated with the event. Some examples of what we can fund include (but are not limited to):
NIHB will also provide Act of Love Kits for you to distribute to attendees.
Requests will be accepted on a rolling basis in the order received for as long as funding is available.
